Tony Prutch has over 30 years of building experience ranging from movie theatres to custom homes. Tony has a passion for Architecture and Design. In 2016, Tony decided to start Homes by J. Anthony and begin creating award winning custom homes. Homes by J. Anthony has won ‘Home Builder of the Year’ and ‘Home of the Year’ twice for the state of Texas. Tony has a knack of creating dream homes no matter the style, size, or price.

Michelle Prutch has been with Homes by J. Anthony since day one. Michelle and Tony Prutch have been married since 1990 and collectively hold 30 years worth of construction and realty knowledge. Michelle is in charge of our accounts payable and receivables.

Jennifer Martinez has been with Homes by J. Anthony since the very beginning with over 12 years of experience in the home building industry. Jenny holds a degree in accounting and has extensive knowledge from her many years of working in commercial lending and private bank lending.

Bre Zamora has been an employee of Homes by J. Anthony since 2021. Bre works as Tony Prutch’s assistant as well as handling budgets and material orders for every home. Bre served in the United States Air Force for 4 years specializing in Criminal Justice, and when not at work, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter.

Stephanie Baisch joined the Homes by J. Anthony team in 2020 as the company’s personal auditor for every home. Stephanie has a degree in Business Accounting and holds several years of experience in finance management. Stephanie is responsible for tracking payments and draws collected during the building process as well as completing an audit before the closing of every home.

Gary Nichols joined the Homes by J. Anthony team in 2019 after 25 years in the home building industry. Gary is responsible for supervising all of our custom home projects during the building process and guiding our project managers.

Ovi Dolha joined the Homes by J. Anthony team in 2020. Ovi met Tony Prutch in 2002 while Ovi was doing contractor work in the home building industry. Ovi is originally from Romania and relocated to Texas permanently in 2020 with his wife and two kids. Ovi can speak multiple languages and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Jonathan Eden started with Homes by J. Anthony in 2019 as the lead warranty contact for any closed homes. In 2020, Jonathan worked his way up to project manager and began building custom homes from scratch. Jonathan is responsible for keeping his homes on schedule and holding our contractors to the highest standards. Jonathan has a degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston and a passion for home building.

Susan has worked with Tony Prutch for about 15 years and shares a like-minded vision for making our homes unique and beautiful. She works closely with every customer to customize interior finishes and bring dream homes to life. She works closely with our elite vendors to seek out new products to keep our designs current and fresh. Susan has worked in new home construction for longer than she wants to admit and is excited to help you customize your dream home! Susan is the 2023 McSam award winner for best Builder Designer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Casey has been a part of the Homes by J. Anthony team since 2018 after several years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Casey started out as Tony Prutch’s assistant until she worked her way up to being the Sales Manager. During Casey’s time as Sales Manager, she has repeatedly been recognized and awarded as ‘Sales Manager of the Year’ by Texas Association of Builders and Dallas Builders Association.

Jennifer has been with Homes by J Anthony since 2021 and is a part of the sales team, along with assisting with exterior selections and cabinet design. Jennifer works closely with our clients and provides assistance in turning their dream homes into a reality. She also holds a degree in Business Administration and specialized in Finance. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage daughters.

Chancelor Alexander joined the Homes by J. Anthony team in 2021 with over 6 years of experience in the home building industry. Chance graduated with honors from Texas A&M in 2017 and immediately began his career in Real Estate. Beyond his professional pursuits, Chancelor finds joy in exploring new places, connecting with diverse individuals, and giving back to the community.
